Notice of illegal content

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), Article 16

Through this form, any person or entity may notify Hotbar of content they consider to be illegal under the law of the European Union or of a Member State. Notices are assessed by a person, and the decision is communicated to the address provided.

Scope

This mechanism is intended exclusively for content whose illegality follows from the law: infringement of copyright or trade marks, disclosure of personal data, defamation, threats, or another offence.

Content that breaches the site's rules without being illegal should be reported through the report button on the publication itself. That report reaches the same review with fewer details to provide.

No account is required. The information requested corresponds to Article 16(2), and a notice containing it is considered sufficiently precise and substantiated to be assessed.
