Glowstone Dust — Upgrades to Tier II: a stronger effect for a shorter time.

Redstone Dust — Extends the duration (it cannot be combined with Tier II).

Fermented Spider Eye — Corrupts a potion into its opposite (Swiftness becomes Slowness).

Gunpowder — Makes it a Splash Potion, thrown to affect an area.

Dragon's Breath — Turns a Splash Potion into a Lingering cloud (Gunpowder has to come first).
